Can I Order Online for Pickup?

The State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy permits Registered Ohio patients and caregivers to place orders online directly through our website.

Here is a step-by-step breakdown of the Online Ordering process:

  1. Start by placing your order through our online platform.
  2. Once your order is placed, you will need to confirm your preferred pickup reservation time.
  3. After confirming, please wait for a text notification indicating that your order is ready.
  4. When you receive the text, proceed to the dispensary location.
  5. Upon arrival, check-in at the designated area.
  6. Finally, pick up your pre-prepared order at the register and complete your transaction.

Step 1. Place Your Online Pre-Order

To place your online pre-order, follow these simple steps:

  1. Begin by browsing our menu, which offers helpful search filters such as Lineage, Potency, Weights, Brands, and more. This will assist you in finding the desired items.
  2. Once you find an item you wish to purchase, go to the detail view and click the “Add to Cart” button. Repeat this process for all the items you want to include in your order.
  3. After adding all the desired items to your order, click on the Cart Icon located at the top of the screen. This will take you to your Shopping Cart, where you can review the contents of your order, including items and quantities.
  4. Take a moment to carefully review your order before proceeding to the checkout screen. This will ensure that your order is accurate and complete.
  5. When you’re satisfied with your order, proceed to the checkout screen to finalize your online pre-order.

Step 2. Confirm Your Pickup Reservation

To confirm the pickup of your reservation, follow these clear steps:

  1. On the Shopping Cart screen, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button to advance to the Checkout screen and complete your pre-order.
  2. On the Checkout screen, you will be asked to confirm some important details to ensure a smooth order completion process.
  3. Customer Information: Provide your full name and contact telephone number. This is how our Patient Care Associate will notify you when your order is ready. If you are a caregiver, enter your patient’s name instead.
  4. Payment Options: Please note that currently, Elevated Growth offers the following payment options: Cash, Debit, and Spendr.
  5. Pickup Time: Select a convenient time slot for your pickup.
  6. Review Items: Double-check the product summary and quantities to ensure accuracy, along with the total amount.
  7. Place Order: Once you have reviewed and confirmed that all the order information is correct, click the “Place Order” button to submit your order to the dispensary.
  8. Upon arriving at the dispensary, one of our Patient Care Associates will verify the following details before filling your order:

    -Your identification and MMCP registration, as entered in your Dutchie customer information during Step 1.

    -Your current 45-day supply compared to the purchase amounts on your new order.
    -Inventory availability.

    If any issues arise during this verification process, our Patient Care Associate will contact you directly using the phone number you provided in your Customer Information during Step 1. 

Step 3. Wait for Text, Then Go to the Dispensary

Once your order is prepared and ready for pickup, we will promptly notify you by sending a text message. For most online pre-orders, you can expect your order to be ready within a timeframe of 45 minutes to 1 hour, although this may vary slightly based on the number of customers being served at the time. We strive to ensure efficient service while maintaining a smooth flow of customers.

Step 4. Check-In

Upon your arrival at the dispensary, please inform the front desk staff that you have come to pick up a pre-order. One of our front desk team members will ask for your Registry ID or card number in order to verify the allotted number of days’ supply. Following this, you will be requested to wait in your car until your order is prepared and ready for checkout. This process ensures a streamlined and convenient experience for you, allowing you to relax comfortably until your order is fully prepared and ready to be finalized.

Step 5. Pickup Order at Register

Once your order is prepared and ready for checkout, our staff will contact you via phone to inform you that you can re-enter the dispensary. This step is crucial to ensure the completion of your order.

Upon reaching the Pickup Register, a dedicated Patient Care Associate will guide you through the final steps. They will request to review two important documents:

  1. Your state-issued ID, such as a Driver’s License or State ID, which serves as proof of your identity.
  2. Your MMCP Registry ID Card, which confirms your registration with the Medical Marijuana Control Program.

If you are a caregiver picking up the order on behalf of a patient, the Patient Care Associate may also ask for the patient’s name.

Once these document checks are completed, the Patient Care Associate will finalize the transaction, ensuring that everything is in order. At this point, you are all set and ready to go with your completed order.
