Once inside the main lobby, you will be greeted by our friendly Patient Intake Coordinator, who will assist you in getting signed into the clinic. To expedite this process, please have the following documents ready:

Q: Can I bring my children?

Q: Can I bring my service animal?

A:  Certainly! We would be delighted to accommodate service animals that possess the appropriate certifications.
